The state is made up of four constituent elements. Such as population, territory, government and supreme power. In the past, the presence of some elements was not necessary for the state, but because states were formed in the current form in the world, the presence of the four elements of the state became more important. It distinguishes governments from other organizations. But some scholars say that sometimes it is possible that a state does not have one of the four elements, but still the application of the state can be removed. Since the constituent elements are more important for the states today, in this research article, the constituent elements of a state have been comprehensively investigated, and the differences between the state and the nation have also been pointed out.
