This research explores the interconnections between communication skills, self-confidence, and constructivist teaching methods among secondary school students. A comparative analysis involving 120 participants, 60 currently studying under the constructivist pedagogy post-implementation of India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, and 60 individuals educated through traditional teaching methods before 2020, highlights significant differences in outcomes. Data collected through structured questionnaires employing a 5-point Likert scale reveal that students exposed to constructivist teaching report enhanced communication skills, greater ease in articulating ideas, and higher confidence levels in social and academic contexts. Conversely, those educated under traditional methods exhibit notably lower confidence and face greater challenges in communication competencies. Constructivist approaches, emphasizing active engagement, collaboration, real-world application, and reflective practices, substantially improve students' overall academic performance and personal growth. These findings suggest that integrating constructivist strategies in classroom environments significantly boosts students' self-confidence and communication skills, preparing them effectively for future academic and professional success.
